Photos & event artwork
Images help you recognize an event or get a feel for its venue. On Northern Coast Events, we distinguish promotional event artwork, venue photographs and illustrative artwork so you know what you are looking at.
Where images come from
We look for artwork connected to the event’s original public announcement, including organizer and venue websites, ticket pages and public social posts. When suitable event artwork is unavailable, we may use a relevant photograph of the actual venue or a clearly labelled illustration. A venue or production photo does not necessarily show the particular upcoming event.
Selection and attribution
Automated collection helps find candidate images; new selections go through editorial review before display. We check the connection to the event or venue and retain the source page, retrieved image address and collection date. Event detail pages provide an image label, source attribution and a link to the source.
We aim to avoid unrelated photographs, misleading old flyers and images with explicit reuse restrictions. An attribution identifies where we found an image; it does not mean the creator or venue endorses our guide.
Square previews, complete images
Images may be cropped to fit the square previews in event lists. Open the event to see the complete source image, scaled to fit your screen without cropping or stretching. We preserve the file as retrieved; the source platform may already have resized it. We do not rewrite flyer text or retouch the source image.
A flyer reflects the announcement when it was made. Please check the linked source for later changes, even when the image still shows an earlier time or price. Images labelled “Illustrative artwork” are not documentary photographs of the event or venue.
Creators and rights holders
Third-party photographs, artwork, logos and branding belong to their respective owners. Our purpose is to help people discover the event and reach its original announcement. Display here does not transfer ownership or grant visitors permission to reuse an image.
Request a correction or removal
If an image needs a corrected credit, a replacement or removal, email Events@mtbfl.com. Include our event page link, identify the image, explain the requested change and tell us your connection to the image or event. A link to the original work or an authorized replacement is helpful.
We review these requests and may remove or replace an image while resolving the concern. Please send only the information needed to identify the issue; sensitive identity documents are not needed for an initial request.
